Internship @ Malmo Foods- Dairy Section

<p class="MsoNormal" >During internship, I have learnt very much about dairy technology and practically applied my brief knowledge of dairy technology, which I learnt from my respected great teachers of IAGS. I learn about the production line for a variety of dairy products and other beverages like water and juices. I got the understanding of testing milk, milk products and beverages for different parameters during production and storage to ensure the standard quality. I got the opportunity to familiarize myself with different Quality control and quality assurance approaches for different dairy products and beverages.</p> <p class="MsoNormal" ><span > </span>This internship also provided the right set of circumstances and strength to handle a bad or good situation in practical life. It was a golden period of my life to acclimatize for my future practical life.</p>
